Chris spent 13 years at Food & Wine as Deputy Editor, helping transform the print magazine into a successful multi-channel lifestyle brand. In addition to creating award winning content and traveling the country in search of the best chefs and restaurants, she also ran integrated marketing programs and led brand extensions including consumer products, events, and restaurants.
After Food & Wine, Chris led Brands & Concepts at Delaware North, creating and launching numerous restaurants across the country and helping reinvent the way people eat in airports, stadiums, and many other areas. Most recently she was Director of Partnerships and Content at Wonder, a series B food tech start up with more than 40 restaurant partners and private label brands.
At Apres Cru, Chris brings marketing and PR strategies to life for all our partners while finding new and exciting opportunities to tell their stories and help grow their brands. In between cooking and traveling to find the best food experiences, Chris is a long time volunteer with Minds Matter NYC, an organization dedicated to broadening the dreams of underserved students and setting them up for success in college and beyond.
