Dylan joined Apres Cru from Gregory’s Coffee where she oversaw the Human Resources function for all 37 locations in NY, NJ, CT, and Washington DC. In addition to her HR experience at Gregory’s she also has a solid foundation in operations, spending five years at the Gilded Otter Brewing Company progressing through management and ultimately earning the role of General Manager, overseeing an 80 person team and all facets food and beverage operations.
Her collegiate years were spent at Pace University and SUNY New Paltz where she graduated with a degree in Latin American and Caribbean Studies. During college, her studies also took her to Guatemala and Argentina and helped earn her a minor in Spanish.
