Lisette Muñiz,

Director of Construction

Lisette joined Apres Cru from BCD, a restaurant and real estate brokerage firm, bringing with her 20 years of restaurant industry construction experience. During her tenure with BCD, she worked in various roles from project management to Vice President of Construction Management.

She gained extensive experience over the past two decades in both construction and concept development and has cultivated an effective perspective for a wide range of project management initiatives, working with major developers, general contractors, vendors, architects and engineers. She has overseen projects for many of the top growing concepts in NYC and other major cities including Boqueria, The Smith, Tacombi and Union Square Hospitality Group, to name a few. She has also effectively overseen many projects working with city municipalities including the DOB, MTA, DEP and Port Authority.  

Lisette prides herself in working with restaurateurs, taking on the daily challenges of the construction industry using strategic and innovative solutions.

She is fluent in Spanish and during her downtime Lisette enjoys traveling, cooking and spending time with her family.
